Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Users agree to follow medical advice and recommendations provided by their healthcare professional (i.e. nurse or doctor).
Users agree to be supported by their family members should their health condition worsen and additional nursing care be required. This will be arranged by the User and/or their family member.
Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the termination of services.
